We are seeking to recruit one (x1) Claims Administrator within our Motorite Claims Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end administration of rejected claims, authorization letters, and confirmation letters and policy wordings. Your duties will also include the analyzing of service history, failure reports, repair quotes and assessment reports, in order to confirm that the claim has been correctly administrated as per the terms and conditions of our client’s policy wording. In addition your attention to detail, high level of accuracy, team work and professional approach on all claims, dealer and customer interaction is regarded as vital in achieving and maintaining our level of customer service.
