Currently, we are searching for a Cashier for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
Keep reports of transactions.
Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.
Resolve all customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements of this Post:
Matric.
Two years of working experience in retail cashier or sales environment.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters, etc.).
Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
Customer satisfaction-oriented.
Ability to stand, walk, lift items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service. Apply Now
