Car Sales Executive
Well-known Motor Dealership based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join their successful team!
Requirements:
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Experience as a salesperson.
Professional selling skills and excellent customer service skills.
Sales and target drove.
Strong communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Valid driver’s license.
Key areas of performance:
Sales of new and used vehicles.
Service walk in and current customers as well as cold calling.
Arranging test drives.
Participating in open days and marketing activities.
Handling of customers complains and providing solutions.
Preparation of vehicles for delivery.
Follow up after delivery to ensure the customer is satisfied with services.
Maintain high-quality service for the dealership to reach their targets.
Ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty.
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks within the scope of the role.
