KwaZulu-Natal: At 14H40 Monday afternoon, Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the N2 Northbound just before the M41 opposite Mount Edgecombe, North of Durban.
Reports indicate that an adult male was struck down by a car while running across the freeway.
Medics assessed the scene, however, the patient showed no signs of life and was declared deceased on arrival.
The occupants of the car were not injured.
