Capitec to accommodate Zimbabweans with expired permits. This comes in the wake of the South African government’s decision not to renew the Zimbabwe Exemption Permits.
South African Financial services group Capitec says it will accommodate Zimbabweans with expired permits until 31 December 2022. Capitec released the statement below:
“Our date extension to accommodate expired work permits will end on 31 December 2022. Please take your new permit, passport and proof of employment to the closest branch. If you don’t, you won’t be able to use your accounts from 31 January 2023
