Western Cape: At 23H11 Saturday night, Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the R300 in Blue Downs, Cape Town.
Reports indicate that a pedestrian had been struck down by a mini-bus taxi, resulting in the patient being flung into the air, landing some distance down the road.
Medics assessed the patient, an 18-year-old male, who had sadly succumbed to his injuries prior to the arrival of emergency services.
