This is an exciting opportunity with a global full-service agency for a tech-savvy professional. You will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns and loyalty programs to make the most out of marketing opportunities.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Devise B2C or B2B CDM campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Brief and oversee work to deliver the campaign creative.
Manage the end-to-end execution, ensuring the accuracy of digital marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
Ensure brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels.
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns, tracking statistics of marketing campaigns, delivering regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
Work within a budget and report any overspend
Work with management to prioritize business and product launch needs
Collaborate with teams
Locate and define new campaign improvement opportunities
Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing campaigns
Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
Build internal/external relationships

EXPERIENCE:

Strong direct and digital marketing
Ability to derive insights and trends
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting
