As our Inbound Call Centre Agent, you will be answering calls from customers, branch staff managers. The successful candidates will also make outbound to customers, to be successful you will need the following attributes.

Have a confident telephone manner

Be computer literate

Be a good communicator both verbal written

Have the ability to build a rapport over the telephone

Have a cando attitude

Have appointment closing skills
