Our client is a well-established Landlord and Developer, known for turning old dilapidated buildings into a modern, state of the art new precincts. They are a Property Asset Management Company, with their Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial Portfolio situated mainly in the city centers of Pretoria and Johannesburg.
In need of a Building Manager/Caretaker for some of their residential buildings, the ideal person should have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, be hands-on by solving and fixing minor snags themselves, able to communicate with tenants and contractors, must be willing to work overtime and irregular hours.
