LisaRose Promotions is looking for a new talented, hardworking brand ambassador coordinator to join this fast-paced growing agency. We need an individual who is well rounded, can think on their feet and manage promoters efficiently.

Responsibilities

Recruiting and booking of promoters for specified activations
Working on our online reporting system to book promoters for training and in-store activations
Co ordinate and book training sessions for new campaigns
Assist with outdoor recruitment drives
Chase and collect feedback after the activations for reports for relevant account manager by 12am Monday following the weekend’s activations
Ensure kits are booked with warehouse and issued correctly
Check promoters are in store on the day of activations and follow up on supervision groups
Good client service and sales presentation skills
Good understanding of brand activations and promotions
Ability to occasionally work Saturdays to meet and greet important clients
Manage any extra staff that may be called to assist with special projects
Check and capture promoter payments
Oversee return of all promotional kits, uniform inventory, distribution and recollection on a weekly basis
Understanding and Updating of our social media platforms
