Bosasa corruption case postponed

Executives from Bosasa, now known as African Global Operations Pretoria and correctional officers appeared at the Commercial Crimes Court on Monday.

Angelo Agrizzi, Andries van Tonder, Linda Mti and Patrick Gillingham appeared facing fraud and corruption charges.

The case relates to tender irregularities and corruption between Bosasa and the Department of Correctional Services.

The court heard that liquidation matters involving the African Global Operations have not been finalised. The request for postponement of the case was granted until 24 October.
