The primary objective in this role is to comply with all mandatory requirements, manage internal and external customers and deliver excellent customer service for the MWOS Group. Your role is to support, advise and direct the business in all aspects of customer service that could lead the business to high levels of customer retention
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Providing an efficient quality Customer service;
Laying of bets;
Taking of cash;
Paying out bets
Responsible for all related administration and paperwork including cash handover documents;
Responsible for the cash and cash balancing of takings;
Paperwork for transfer of money.
Responsible for cash shortages and will be required to pay in any cash shortages;
Ensuring that the workplace is clean and presentable to MWOS clients;
Administration and paperwork including the cash handover documents when allocated such duties;
Safety and security of all company assets including takings cash under his/her control
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Possess Matric Certificate or equivalent experience;
Excellent Customer Service Skills;
Good administration skills,
Basic Computer Skills including Turf sport, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Good communication skills with the ability to provide information clearly and concisely;
Experience in conflict resolution;
Possess attention to detail and have an ability to accurately count cash;
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with a variety of customers;
Possess a positive attitude to change with the ability to be flexible and adaptable;
Basic command of the English language.
Will be required to pass certain MWOS Assessments to prove competency.
Must be able to work shifts including nights.

Salary: R20.00 to R21.00 /hour
