Payroll Assistant/Bookkeeper wanted immediately: Salary R25 000 to R26 000 per month

We are on the lookout for a Payroll Assistant/Bookkeeper

Key Activities will include, but not be limited to;

Assist in the bookkeeping function and payroll function.

Assist with processing multiple bank accounts, creditors, debtors, management accounts, preparing audit files
Process bank statements and petty cash
Reconcile cashbooks,
General ledger maintenance,
Processing journals
Processing customer invoices
Capturing payments
Monthly payroll
VAT submissions
We are looking for a candidate with
Grade122

Four years and above experience in excel, creditors, recons, bank processing, Pastel Accounting, and Pastel Payroll.
Professional, well-spoken with strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Tact and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
