Bookkeeper wanted urgently: Salary R9 000 per month

Gogutsi is a London (UK) based bus and coach operator. Its transport and operations management team are based in the Western Cape. It is looking for a bookkeeper for an immediate start. The position is permanent and full-time. Your place of work will be in our modern offices in Gordons Bay Village.

Requirements:

– Superb English (written and oral language skills)
– great telephone manner
– great IT skills and experience of working with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
– good knowledge of accounting software (sage, simple pay)
– numerate and diligent with an eye for detail
– self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Duties:

– processing payroll for 70 employees
– raising sales invoices
– processing purchase invoices and expenditure
– reconciling payments, managing debtors and creditors
– preparing monthly management reports and P&L
– calculating and submitting quarterly VAT returns
– preparing financials for annual accounts
– submit company secretarial information
