Former State Security Minister Bongani Bongo is back in the Nelspruit magistrate’s court on Thursday morning.
He faces charges of corruption, fraud, theft, and money laundering.
The charges are linked to alleged dodgy land deals to the value of over R120-million.
The cases allegedly took place while Bongo was an official in the Mpumalanga Human Settlements Department.
