Bonang Matheba rubbishes Metro FM

Bonang Matheba feels that SA radio station, Metro FM, isn’t a very nice place to work at. This comes as the radio station is not very popular at the moment with Mzansi standing united against it over DJ Fresh’s suspension.
Bonang Matheba has discreetly shown her support for DJ Fresh by dissing Metro FM after it suspended the popular radio host. She responded to businessman Thula Sindi’s tweet about the DJ’s suspension and said that the radio station is a ‘horrible place to work’.
While Bonang didn’t mention DJ Fresh, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that she’s not a fan of the station or the way it operates.

This comes after Mzansi started demanding that DJ Fresh be allowed to return to Metro FM after his suspension.
Briefly.co.za reported that SABC’s decision to suspend Fresh following his on-air rant against one of his listeners has not been received well.
His supporters have taken to social media to demand the station bring back the veteran DJ.
This isn’t the only incident reflecting unhappiness with SA radio stations. A few days ago, ChymaMusique took to Twitter to express his concern about radio stations and their prerogative.
According to TshisaLive, the muso was replying to the popular “O Jewa keng?” tweet to say that of late, radio stations didn’t seem to hire qualified people, but instead preferred people with social media followings, influence and connections.
