Bilingual Receptionist /Administrator wanted: Salary R15 000 to R15 500 per month

We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist /Clerk to join our clients team

You’ll be working on the front desk, and will be the first person to greet senior members of staff and corporate clients. You’ll need to sign in any incoming visitors, book board rooms, manage a busy inbox, and answer a steady stream of incoming calls promptly. You will be working in a highly professional environment with senior members of staff, but also an environment which is incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming.

Essential Requirements :
Matric Certification

You’ll need Good verbal communication and organizational skills; punctual, ability to work unsupervised but also able to take instructions; ability to prioritize. You’ll need to be competent on the computer, and a quick learner. You must present yourself well, and have a hard-working attitude. Furthermore, you must be comfortable dealing with corporate clients and senior members of staff. You will need to show that you have 3 to 5 years solid receptionist experience within a corporate company. You must be able to speak fluent English/Afrikaans of other African Language
