Ngizwe Mchunu bail application to resume on Thursday
Former Ukhozi FM DJ Ngizwe Mchunu has been remanded in custody.
His bail application will resume on Thursday.
The state opposed his bail, saying that he’s a flight risk who evaded police five times.
He’s being accused of instigating public violence in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.
NPA spokesperson Phindi Louw Mjonondwane says the court is expected to hear arguments from Mchunu’s lawyers.
