Snatch is currently looking for a young and dynamic CA(SA) or AGA(SA) interested in working as an Audit Manager in Pretoria.
Job Objective:
Primarily the role will be reporting directly to the firm’s directors, for the planning, execution & review of engagement files, training and development of staff, SAICA trainee administration, and client liaison.
Primary responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the engagement assignments;
Manage engagements within budgets and deadlines;
Effectively manage, motivate and mentor staff;
Identify new business opportunities;
Competency requirements:
Strong technical ability (IFRS, IFRS for SME’s, Companies Act, International Standards of Auditing),
Project management skills
Emotional intelligence
Good communication skills
Enjoy working in teams
Self-motivated
Cope under pressure and achieve deadlines.
Candidate specification:
Registered CA(SA) or AGA(SA)
Preferably between 0-5 years post articles experience
Proficient in the use of Audit Software (Non-specific required)
Accredited SAICA assessor (advantageous)
Preference will be given to candidates wanting to become Audit Partners at the firm.
Salary: Negotiable CTC which is in line with skills and experience.
Language proficiency: Afrikaans (Read, Write, Speak)
