Cops yet to make arrests in connection with stabbing of Mitchells Plain teen! Police haven’t made any arrests in connection with the stabbing of a 17-year-old boy from Mitchells Plain.

The teen was stabbed on the corner of Weltevreden and Spine Road on Tuesday afternoon while walking home.

Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg said that Mitchells Plain police were investigating a case of assault to cause grievous bodily harm.

“According to reports, the victim was walking home when he was approached by two suspects who attacked him. The victim sustained stab wounds to his body and was taken to a medical facility for medical treatment. An assault to cause grievous bodily harm case was registered for further investigation.”
