Former Transnet CFO Anoj Singh’s bid to have bail conditions relaxed dismissed
Ex-Transnet CFO and Gupta associate Anoj Singh’s application for his bail conditions to be amended has been dismissed.
Singh brought the application to the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court where he has been charged for fraud and corruption.
The former chartered accountant told the court that he wanted to take a job offer in Dubai because he could not find employment due to his alleged links to state capture.
But Magistrate Emmanual Magamba dismissed his application.
