Former Isibaya actor Andile Gumbi (Zweli) has died

South African actor Andile Gumbi has passed on following a heart attack while working in Israel.

He was a cast member on the ‘Daniel the Musical’ in the Middle Eastern country and died at the Shaare Zedek Medical Centre where he had been in ICU since his collapse on set.

At the time of his death, his wife, Hlengiwe had landed in the country to be with him.
