The Hawks has confirmed it’s investigating a case of fraud in relation to the so-called Heritage Fund. ANC veteran Tokyo Sexwale has dug in his heels on the authenticity of the fund.
He detailed communication with President Cyril Ramaphosa and Finance Minister Tito Mboweni informing them of the rot within the Reserve Bank.
Sexwale claims billions meant for the poor have been stolen.
