Mzansi Celebs are in a celebratory mood as yesterday president Cyril Ramaphosa announced that, restrictions on the sale of alcohol, will be lifted only for home consumption from 1 June 2020.
The president addressed the nation last night, on the ongoing measures to manage the spread of COVID-19 and South Africa’s implementation of a risk-adjusted strategy. Ramaphosa said South Africa will move to Level 3 on 1 June and lifted the ban on several restrictions.
Celebs couldn’t contain their excitement when he announced that liquor will be back and joined the masses in celebrating.
DJ Maphorisa even joked and said, all the liquor stores will be sold out by 9 am next week Monday.
