At 14H21 Saturday afternoon, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Potgieter Street in Alrode, Alberton.
Reports from the scene indicate that two tanker trucks were involved in a collision resulting in a diesel spillage.
Medics assessed the occupants of both trucks and found that one of the drivers’ had sustained minor injuries.
The patient was treated on scene and transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
