ZZ2 has open vacancies for project managers in the Limpopo and Mpumalanga Province. We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable person whom has a passion for agriculture, who can complete tasks purposefully, systematically and successfully within the ZZ2 ethical code and established value system.
Primary responsibilities and duties include:

Optimal and effective management, utilization of all resources on the farm.

·
Cultivation of fruits, vegetables, and other high-value products.

·
Optimization of production processes with a view to increasing yield and productivity.

·
Project execution and support.

·
Quality control of outputs and handling of all personnel aspects.

·
Maintenance of fixed assets.

·
Daily execution and management of tasks aligned with the values of ZZ2.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have the following qualifying requirements:

·
Proven knowledge and experience (minimum 5 years) farming practices.

·
Proven knowledge of the establishment of orchards, pruning practices, and labour legislation is required.

·
Preference will be given to candidates with an appropriate qualification in agriculture or vocational training.

·
Candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·
Computer skills, as well as experience in using Microsoft Office and GSuite package, is a prerequisite.

·
A valid driver’s license is required.
