Activists march against xenophobia in Joburg CBD

Activists have come out in numbers to march against what they call rising acts of xenophobia.

They delivered a memorandum of demands at Hillbrow Police Station, calling on SAPS to intervene.

This following numerous campaigns by anti-foreigner movement Operation Dudula targeting illegal immigrants in parts of Johannesburg.

Protesters say channels exist to address the issue of foreign workers.
