We are looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Assistant to join our account management team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers relating to sales / queries about technology products and orders. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a passion for technology, helping customer and providing services. Successful candidates must be willing to travel in and around Gauteng.

Key Skills:

Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Customer relationship management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated and detail orientated

Communication skills: Ability to engage with stakeholders and team members, both verbal and non-verbal

Administration will form part of day to day activities, therefore the candidate must be very organized and detail orientated

Presentation skills: The ability to present information to different stakeholders and team members using different visualization tools

Requirements:

Tertiary degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising or any other relevant field

1 to 2 years working experience will be beneficial but not a prerequisite

Must have a valid driver license and own means of transportation

Must be fluent in English

Must be computer literate

Relationship building will form a critical part of this role

Must be very detail and deadline orientated

Activities:

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

Responsible for helping with the upkeep of customer database

Liaise with the department to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Develop monthly sales reports

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Assist with product demos

Process client orders

Assist in making sure sales targets are met and report any deviations
