Job Description:

Purpose of the job:

This position is responsible to provide general admin and office support services to the team in order to support cost-effective business delivery to our customers and staff. Key performance areas: • Cross checking of POD’s received from Debrief with SOP, making sure that what • debrief stated they received is in fact what was received. • Comparing invoices received with outstanding POD’s. • Following up on outstanding POD’s- Email to be send to relevant person. If no • response is received in due time escalate to Bookkeeper, Debrief Manager and Driver • supervisor. • Mark off POD’s on the system daily and report outstanding POD’s to the Bookkeeper • Make sure all POD’s are Valid POD’s to all customer requirements. • Processing of credit notes, to be completed by 12H00 Checking of all credits to be • done before Posting on GP Cross Checking of other peer’s credits to be done daily • Resolving discrepancies on credit notes sent by Credit controllers or another peer’s • Resolve all POD queries within 48 Hours Prepare filing and send off to storage • Scanning of POD’s Relieving of other admin functions on ad-hoc basis as when needed

Qualification Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Computer literate

Experience Requirements:
• FMCG experience an advantage • 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar role • Excel skills Intermediate level Excellent • communication skills
