Requirements:

Experience in front of house and reception work preferable.
Friendly, well-spoken, presentable, mature, confident, have a sense of humour and be able to work as a team.
Computer literate (able to operate MS office).
Exceptional organizational skills and a self-starter.
Ability to communicate at all levels and sound interpersonal skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
A bookkeeping background advantageous
Must be able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and ability to work under pressure
Valid driver’s license.
Must reside in surrounding areas.
Responsibilities/Job Description:
Office administration and general office work (filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, typing).
Welcoming of clients and answering of phones/switchboard (good English speaking manner).
Take accurate messages and relay the correct details.
Correct scanning and filing of information on a daily basis – manually and computer.
Assist all office staff including Managing Director and HR Manager with tasks they require. This is a family concern and you are expected to help across as and when needed.
You must be a willing all-rounder who can jump in and assist wherever is needed.

Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (Preferred)
