ANC welcomes court judgment endorsing Ace Magashule suspension

The ANC has welcomed the High Court judgment that has endorsed Ace Magashule’s suspension.

The court also said Magashule had no legal basis to suspend ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa.

Magashule was suspended in May after he failed to adhere to the party’s step-aside resolution for those facing criminal charges.

“The ANC notes and welcomes the decision of the High Court to dismiss with costs the challenge by suspended Secretary-General, Ace Magashule to his suspension and the constitutionality of the positions of the ANC constitution and resolutions of the national conference aimed at advancing the unity and renewal by combatting corruption and protecting the integrity of the organisation,” said ANC spokesperson Pule Mabe.

Mzansi hip-hop star AKA can never seem to catch a break even when he is mourning the love of his life, Anele Tembe. It’s no secret that the Supa Mega had people he was beefing within the industry and that did not change after he lost Anele in the most tragic way.

The people he beefed with did not utter a word about the passing, at least not on public platforms, which is commendable but we cannot say the same about Ifani. Learn More
