Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible to receive, validate, post and process invoices and payments accurately and timely according to Standard Procedures.
Duties:
Vendor Creation and master data management
General ledger accounting and classification
Verify all approval for OVH invoices.
Verify operational invoices using work order/purchase order.
Review calculations for accuracy on OPS and OVH invoices
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Financial Reporting – SAP FC
Tax queries and reconciliations
Cash flow management and Liquidity forecasts
Experience and Qualifications:
Knowledge of user application systems and Proficient in EXCEL
Fluent in English
Accounting Diploma
Asset Accounting
OVH reporting
2 years experience in budgeting and Forecasting – OVH Cost
2 years experience Budget deviation analysis and commentary
