We are looking for an individual with very good knowledge of IFRS for SME & must have strong Technical ability with great knowledge on Accounting concepts.

Some Duties and responsibilities will include:

Perform general accounting tasks, reporting to the partner. Duties include but are not limited to:
Preparing accounting work relating to annual financial statements
Examine, analyse, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements (IFRS and IFRS for SME’s)
Performing independent reviews
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Essential Requirements to be met:

Completed B.Com Accounting / Financial Degree
Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles
Well versed in Accounting software – Pastel, VIP Payroll, knowledge of Caseware / Draftworx AFS drafting package
Excellent technical ability (IFRS, Companies Act etc)
Fully bilingual NB
Ability to travel to Clients as needed
