Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams apologises to SA for breaching #21daysLockdownSouthAfrica

Communications Minister, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, has apologised to South Africans for breaking the lockdown regulations. The minister violated the lockdown regulations by having lunch at former Deputy Minister, Mduduzi Manana’s home. President Cyril Ramaphosa censured the minister, placing her on two months special leave, and ordering her to apologise.
