Can we agree that the first two months of the year 2019 has been showing some of our favourite celebrities flames in the love department? What is going on?

It seems almost no one is safe from the scourge of divorces hence even the most low key celebrities are catching an ounce of fire.

South African legendary rapper and actor, Mxolisi Majozi better known as Zuluboy to his followers has confirmed to IsiZulu iconic newspaper, iLanga Langesonto that the marriage knot has indeed been untied with his wife of five years, Andiswa Gebashe. The news might come as a shock to some of Zuluboy’s fans as this couple were amongst one of the most respected in the local entertainment scene.

Speaking exclusively to iLanga Langesonto, the usually private media star was surprisingly open about his split from his wife, who also dabbled as his manager. The former Imbewu:TheSeed actor said the following:

”We have been divorced for a whole two years now. It (The divorce) has been finalised. I now consider her my ex-wife.”
The details surrounding the possible reasons for the divorce haven’t been fully reported however the article implied that their marriage was plagued with various issues including lack of intimacy and Zuluboy’s dwindling career in the Arts.

Reports also alleged that Andiswa was the one bringing home the bacon most of the time, as she also works as a professional sign language interpreter. The mounting troubles must have proven to be quite a task for Andiswa as she was no longer Zuluboy’s manager.

When pressed further about the reasons that led to the collapse of their marriage, the Nomathemba hitmaker decline to say more than he had said already:

”What would our elders say when they read about private matters of this nature in the newspapers? But if Andiswa wants to speak to the media, she can go ahead but i am trying to preserve the dignity of the family.”

Andiswa declined to say much about the break down of her marriage to Mzansi’s rapper, Zuluboy: ”I have never spoken to the media, therefore please speak to Zuluboy.
