Zondo Commission hears Free State housing project evidence #StateCaptureInquiry

The Zondo Commission continued to hear evidence linked to the billion-rand Free State housing project.

Former human settlements head of department, Gift Mokoena was expected to give evidence.

Between 2010 and 2011 over R1-billion was allocated to build low-cost housing units, but this did not happen.

Another former Human Settlement head, Nthimotse Mokhesi says the contract was fraudulent.
