Zondo Commission hears former president Jacob Zuma’s summons application

An application will be heard on Friday to issue a summons to former president Jacob Zuma.

His foundation is fighting back, issuing a statement accusing commission chair Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, of playing politics.

Former Eskom board chairperson Zola Tsotsi and a former Acting DG in the Public Enterprises department are also expected to give evidence on Friday.
