Zoleka Mandela – I was $exually and physically abused as a 4 years old child

Zoleka Mandela is known to be outspoken about her personal life to followers and it’s been a source of inspiration to many.

Zoleka has being referred to as an extraordinary and strong woman due to challenges faced as a mother.

She survived cancer twice and watched one of her children die in her arms.

While we thought that was all the hardship she went through, Zoleka revealed few days ago on how she was $exually and physically abused at age 4.

The activist further revealed her addiction to drugs and alcoholic drinks in order to get over suicidal thoughts.

“Smoking CIGARETTES from the age of 13 was (to a large extent) a gateway into MARIJUANA, MAGIC MUSHROOMS and ECSTACY use, which ultimately led to my 10yr addiction to cocaine and experimenting with HEROINE. I had my first drink at 9 and first BLACK OUT at the age of 13, by then I had become an ALCOHOLIC and stole MARIJUANA to feed my ADDICTION, an attempt to numb my SUICIDAL THOUGHTS, the feelings of self blame, anger and hurt from the $EXUAL ABUSE and PHYSICAL ABUSE I experienced as a 4yr old child, up until my teenage years. This month (August 11th) I celebrate my 9th year in RECOVERY, 9yrs of SOBRIETY … being FREE FROM ILLEGAL DRUGS AND ALCOHOL,” Zoleka explained.
