Kidnapped young lady found safe, 15-year-old boy still missing

Aphumelele Nama (24) is safe at home, but 15-year-old Luzuko Mbisi is still missing.

Mr Anthony Boucher (SA Investigations and Security, based in Middelburg), who is helping with the case, confirmed late last night that Aphumelele is safe and sound at home. The exact circumstances of how she was found are not known at this stage.

Luzuko Mbisi

Luzuko and Aphumelele were abducted during a house robbery in Piet Retief on Sunday night. The robbers collected the ATM cards from the family and forced them to write down the pin codes of the cards.

After the robbery, the robbers forced Luzuko and Aphumelele into a white Golf 7 GTI (registration number JCG 041 MP) and fled the scene.

Mr Boucher said yesterday that the kidnappers have been using Luzuko to call some of his family members to ask them to transfer money to the bank account of Aphumelele. Threats have been made that Luzuko will be harmed if the family does not comply.

If you see the vehicle or know where Luzuko is being held captive, call Mr Boucher on 071 290 7423.

Kidnapping and house robbery cases were opened at Piet Retief Police Station.

Nontle has been shot on Generations: The Legacy. The big question is, by whom? Her former cop stepdad, Dali, blames himself. However, it could have been the tsotsi who had tried to kill Dali.

Buntu Petse (Nontle)

Either way, Nontle was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Luckily she’s alive, but she is still fighting for her life in the hospital. All of this could have been avoided if Nontle had listened to her mum Ayanda, who told her to leave detective work to the cops. Learn More
