Duties:

Plan and manage daily picking, despatch, deliveries and collections processes in compliance with the company’s SOP
·
Maintain optimal level of customer service and assist to resolve all customer issues
·
Actively participate to ensure that processes and procedures are followed, properly recorded and documented
·
Keeping the storage facility clear and also equipment and vehicle maintenance are a high priority
·
Manage vehicle drivers, vehicle checks, delivery routes, and required maintenance on a daily basis
·
Capture and keep a record of fuel slips, monitor fuel consumption, maintenance, licensing, breakdowns and trip information
·
General planning, organizing, and maintenance of the yard and containers
·
Ensure stock losses are minimized by way of proper storage, effective housekeeping, accurate stock recording
·
Ensure HSE policies and standards are implemented and adhered to at all times for personnel and visitors entering the yard area
