Yanga questions white privilege to sell weed publicly

The rapper believes there is some discrimination involved as black people are being arrested.
Award-winning SA rapper Yanga Chief, recently took to Twitter to question the public selling of marijuana in the country by white people. Yanga questioned that there is some discrimination involved because when black people sell it they are being arrested.
In the country, the trade in cannabis remains illegal, and those who are nabbed selling it usually face the full might of the law, whilst cultivating it for home consumption is allowed.
The law also favors those who sell it for both medical and non-medical use with licenses.
In a tweet, Yanga asked why white people are allowed to sell weed publicly and they promote it on websites, and sell it through merchandise, and even amazing packaging, but when black people do this they get arrested.
The rapper wrote “Why are white people allowed to sell weed publicly, with websites, merch, and amazing packaging while black people are still in or going to jail for it”.
Some tweeps reacted to his post and said they have “Licences” which allows them to sell it.
