RIP: Yanga Chief’s dog dies

Popular Mzansi hip-hop musician Yanga Ntshakaza, professionally known as Yanga Chief, shared videos on Instagram mourning his dog. He remains one of South Africa’s most talented hip-hop artists with some top awards. In 2019, he won the Song of the Year award with his hit song Utatakho at the South African Hip Hop Awards.

With such a massive career in music, Yanga also excites his fans with his lifestyle. Yanga shared several of his crucial life moments on Instagram; his dog was his favourite pet.

Many fans had grown to like his dog, Marley, and its death left even some celebrities in tears. Among them was fellow musician Thabsie, who expressed her pain, saying Marley was the sweetest.

Sorry, Chief Marley was the sweetest angel,” Thabsie said.

Sharing on his Instagram, Yanga said he could not believe that Marley was dead. To show how much Yanga loved his dog, he created an Instagram account for Marley with over 300 followers.
