Gauteng: At 07H25 Friday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N1 North just past the Maraisburg Bridge, Mooifontein.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and heavy motor vehicle were involved in a collision.
Paramedics assessed the scene and found that two occupants of the car had sustained moderate injuries and were treated on scene by Advanced Life support paramedics.
Once stabilised both patients were transported by private ambulance to a hospital for further treatment.
