We require the service of an individual who can fill the following criterias:

Must be a Level 2 SAIW Welding Inspector.
Must have experience with document review.
Must have experience with material identification and receiving.
Must have experience with different welding processes and welding equipment.
Must have experience with compiling QCP’s and sending to customer’s for approval.
Must have experience with compiling and reviewing full comprehensive Data packs with all customer requirements.
Must have basic knowledge of filler material and be hands-on on the store to make sure every type of consumable that is required is in the store at all times.
Must have skill to review incoming material certificates.
Must have knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT)
Must be able to arrange inspection with NDT personal and AIA personal.
Must be able to do inspections on material and items before welding, during welding and after welding.
Must keep all welder qualifications up to date and qualify them if needed.
Must be able to implement and review welding procedures.
Must be able to read and understand technical drawings and technical questions.
Must be able to communicate with customers regarding any technical information regarding projects.
Must be able to compile weld-maps and weld summaries for big projects that requires it.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to instruct the boilermakers and welders on what requirements are needed on certain projects.
Must have ISO 9001 / 3834 management skills.
Minimum experience requirements must be at least 4 years working experience.
