WCM Specialist required urgently: APPLY HERE
The purpose of the WCM specialist is to drive and accelerate WCM implementation in the manufacturing environment to achieve certification whilst improving claims, waste, and efficiencies. The WCM specialist also plays a key role in supporting the production departments with the primary responsibility of helping and driving total productive manufacturing and continuous improvement with the line and equipment improvement teams.
Must have Advanced Warehouse Management System experience. Customer-centric, analytical, problem solver, continuous improvement mindset, change agents. Scanner based.
Ideally on Microsoft D365 or AX. If not Microsoft then SAP or JBA or Oracle.
Racked scanner driven environment. Strong people, change & performance mangers.
Managing a large warehouse 100 000 locations across bulk & pick mezz. The company uses Advanced MHE (material handling equipment) – different types are Turret, high-level order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, ppt (power pallet trucks).

Continuous Improvement:
· Provide leadership for continuous improvement
· Support all management in their use of WCM management tools and methodologies
· WCM Specialist will work closely with the manager to develop and implement WCM route map.
· Responsible for leading activities in managerial pillars
· Responsible for coordinating daily activities of the plant.
· Responsible for tracking and monitoring all pillar KPI progress regularly
Skills Audit:
· Responsible for rolling out WCM business audits in operations and plotting employees accordingly
· Assist managers with identifying and establishing career paths for operational employees based on skills audit outcomes

Responsible for coordinating, developing, reviewing and conduct training for all employees regarding WCM approach
