Warning of sharks on Cape Town shores

The National Sea Rescue Institute is appealing to surfers to be cautious along the Southern and Eastern Cape coastlines.
A large number of shark sightings and some encounters have been reported over the past few weeks along the Plettenberg Bay coastline.
On Tuesday a Drone captured footage of a large White shark in close proximity to surfers. Increased shark sighting are common during this time of year with seals and fish close to shore.
