Ensuring exceptional services in line with our customers’ requirements. Engagement with internal and external clients and maintaining effective and sound relationships.
Ensuring a good understanding of clients needs to meet objectives. Handle urgent queries relating to the warehouse. Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records. Compile and maintain records of warehouse activities.
