Executing and controlling all activities relating to the effective, efficient and accurate controlling of stock and warehouse staff in the Riverhorse Branch in accordance with all procedures.
Manage the accurate receiving of stock and distribution within the warehouse.
Ensure the company assets are correctly maintained, services and controlled
Ensure all administrative procedures regarding purchase orders are carried out according to company procedures
Ensuring all receiving areas internally and externally are kept clean and tidy at all times
Mange all duties and tasks relating to the picking, packing and checking of orders, ensuring efficient and accurate picking, packing and checking
All picking, packing and checking areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Ensure all administrative procedures regarding picking, packing and checking are carried out according to company procedures
Implement and manage daily/weekly cycle counts
Implement and manage minimum of 4 stock takes per annum
Implement and monitor procedures to ensure integrity of stock control
Manage processes to ensure minimum stock variances
Work with Branch manager to draft and keep duty roster up to date
Manage the dispatch function as per ACDC Dynamics’ procedures
Ensure all company vehicles and or assets are correctly maintained, services and controlled
Control fuel consumption of vehicles
Customer service levels for collection and delivery orders are maintained
Control and ensure that all PODs are received and scanned
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
Assist when and where needed.
This position reports to: National Sales Manager
