Post requirements:
The successful applicant would:
Need to oversee the catering functions of the contract;
Preferably be in possession of National Diploma in Food Services Management or equivalent;
Financial and Administration knowledge required
Health and Safety exposure
Very hands on
Creative and a love for food
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills
Computer skills
Own transport
This position reports to: District Manager
