Vryheid residents thirsty and in the dark

Communities in Vryheid are demanding better service delivery.

They say they have been complaining for years about the lack of electricity and water.

Residents also say some of the roads in the area are inaccessible.

They marched to the Abaqulusi Municipality where they delivered a memorandum of demands.

They want Mayor Mncedisi Maphisa to step aside and the metro to be put under administration.
